The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland was formed in April 2011, as a result of a merger between the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) and the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI).
The Society has over 4,000 members who are property, land and construction professionals.
The purpose of this blog is to share the experiences of the variety of different types of Chartered Surveyors – who work across the public and private sector in property, land and construction.
The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland also works in conjunction with RICS, the global professional body for Chartered Surveyors with over 100,000 members worldwide.
